Returns and Refunds

We ensure that every piece from Wari is crafted with precision and care. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange and/or returns under the following conditions:

Exchanges:

• In case of any discrepancy with your order, our team must be notified within 24 hours of your order being received. 
• If there are any size or fit issues, exchanges will be accepted on the condition that the original tag remains on the garment; the garment is in good condition (as received during delivery); no damages have occurred to the concerned style; order to be exchanged has its original receipt and packaging.

Refunds:

• In case you'd like to return your order, our team must be notified within 24 hours of your order being received.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags, receipts and packaging.
• Custom & Sale Items: Customized and discounted items are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit.
